Job Description:
The Online Marketing Associate will be in-charge of constructing and implementing search and social media marketing campaigns primarily for customers.
He / She will be completely liable for the performance of campaigns being handled by him / her and will also have to manage a small team if required.
This role warrants extensive knowledge of the internet, search engines and search engine marketing.
The Online Marketing Associate will have to be strategic in approach and understand basic internet technicalities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To create, design and manage campaigns on behalf of customers.
- To develop and implement new marketing strategies.
- To manage a team of developers / link builders / content writers and ensure optimal team performance.
- To plan and co-ordinate team work-flow and projects.
- To meet deadlines in a timely manner. To ensure campaign goals are met.
- To monitor on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Liaise with clients and management on various issues.
- Develop relevant internet marketing skills on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Experience: 0 - 3 years
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post Graduate from any stream.
- Strong Logical & Reasoning Ability
- Analytical & Critical Thinking
- Ability to train people.
